ABOUT TRACKS

We are an educational organisation that is proud to provide full and part time education and support for children and young people aged 4 to 18, who are unable to access mainstream education due to their physical or mental health needs.

TRACKS – Education is the umbrella name for three PRUs – Tracks PRU Shipley, AGH Hospital School and BRI Hospital School – and the LA Home Tuition Service.

TRACKS stands for: Trust Respect Achievement Confidence Knowledge Success.

TRACKS – Education provides education for pupils with medical needs that prevent them from attending their mainstream school.

TRACKS – Education: Continuity in Learning and Personalised education, for learners with medical needs.

Each setting provides education for specific groups of learners

  • TRACKS @ Shipley TRACKS School [URN: 130980] A KS4 unit for learners with diagnosed social anxiety

  • TRACKS @ AGH [Education in Hospital 1 (Airedale), URN: 133753]  for Learners aged 4 years to 19 years staying in Hospital

  • TRACKS @ BRI [Education In Hospital 2 (BRI), URN: 133752]  for Learners aged 4 years to 19 years staying in Hospital

  • Home Tutor Service for Bradford Children’s Service for learners who cannot access school because of health needs

For learners with health needs who access learning through TRACKS – Education we will provide an individually tailored education; challenging all our learners to succeed and supporting their personal development.
