MESSAGE FROM THE HEAD
We are an educational organisation that is proud to provide full and part time education and support for children and young people aged 4 to 18, who are unable to access mainstream education due to their physical or mental health needs.
This education is provided by one to one tuition, at or away from the home, education in hospital at AGH and BRI and the Pupil Referral Unit for pupils with diagnosed social anxiety in Year 10 and Year 11.
We work closely with educational establishments and other agencies such as CAMHS and Early Help to ensure that all children and young people’s needs are met through sharing information and safeguarding everyone.
Pupil well-being is at the heart of all we do and we create safe and supportive learning environments where all pupils learn, progress and have high aspirations for the next stage of their lives. We achieve this through ensuring that each pupil has an individual and personalised education.
We offer a wide range of courses and opportunities through full time and part time placements for long term and short term needs. The vast majority of our pupils who are with us in Year 11 go on to college and training. All of our staff work hard to ensure that every child and young person’s social and emotional needs are met, enabling them to leave us as confident young people.
Above all, we believe that all pupils should be given the social and emotional skills and academic qualifications to progress to the next stage of their learning.
If you have any questions and queries with regard to the support that we can provide or would like to organise a visit, please do not hesitate to contact us.
